DJ Fresh

Thato Sikwane, aka DJ Fresh is a DJ and Producer who started out on YFM in 1997, before joining 5FM in 2006. He currently hosts 5FM’s afternoon drive show called The Fresh Drive, which airs between 15h00 and 19h00 weekdays.

The Fresh Drive show hosts what is probably the most popular features on South African radio, The Ultimix@6, between 18h00 and 18h30. During this time slot, various local and international DJ’s showcase a half-hour mix. Local DJ’s Euphonik and Kent have a residency on the Ultimix@6, with Euphonik featuring on Wednesday’s and Kent on Friday’s.

DJ Fresh has also released over 24 Albums, including the popular Fresh House Flava series (Volume 7 has just been released!) and Fresh Goes Electro.
