DJ Costa

DJ Costa started as a club DJ in 1981 and had various residencies at clubs such as Club Donna, BELLA NAPOLI and Baghdad Café.

The opening of Bump Nightclub in 1997 was a major turning point in DJ Costa’s DJ career, and the first release of the Bump Compilation happened later that year. This album went on to sell over 40 000 copies. The Bump CD Series is now one of the leading Dance albums in South Africa, with the latest installment (Bump 33) released a few weeks ago (read my review of the CD here!).
